"EFFECTS OF THE MOON (CHANDRA) ON THE KANNI LAGNA (VIRGO RISING) IN THE 12 DIFFERENT ZODIAC SIGNS"

 The Moon has the lordship over the 11th house to the Kanni Lagna (Virgo Rising). The 11th house is a malefic house to the Kanni Lagna (Virgo Rising), because it comes under the "Upa Lagna".
