RESULTS OF RAHU MAHADASA:

1. Rahu does not own any houses; hence it reflects the qualities of the house lord, where it is located.

2. By the above analogy, the Rahu reflects the bad qualities during its Mahadasa period, when it is placed in the malefic houses; would reflect good qualities if it is placed in any benefice houses.

3. Rahu becomes powerful, when it is placed in the Mesha, Rishaba, Kataka, Kanni and Makara rasi houses.

4. Contrary to the popular belief, that Rahu would deliver "Raja Yoga" during its Rahu Mahadasa period, if the Rahu is placed in the 3rd and 6th houses, the Rahu Mahadasa period is likely to cause huge damages through its Mahadasa, if it is placed in the malefic 3rd and 6th houses.

5. Rahu will give all gains and materialistic profits during its early part of its Mahadasa period.

6. Then the same Rahu will wipe out all the benefits (that had been given by the Rahu) during its last phase of the Rahu Mahadasa period.

7. In general, the Rahu would wipe out all its benefits by itself (if the person lived through illegal or immoral ways) during the last phase of Rahu Mahadasa.

8. The Rahu Mahadasa works very well and delivers wonderful results only if the Rahu is placed in Mesha, Rishaba, Kataka, Kanni and Makara Rasi signs; also the Rahu's place has to be a benefice house from the lagna; the house lord must own benefice houses and placed in a benfice place.

9. Both the Rahu and its house lord should be stronger and should not be affected by any doshams.

If all the criteria is met, then the Rahu would deliver wonderful results during its Rahu Mahadasa periods.

WHAT IS NAKSHATRA SANDHI?

As we know the word Sandhi means the Junction or meeting place. Hence the Nakshatra Sandhi means the meeting point of two Nakshatras. There are 27 Nakshatras that are taken into consideration in the Hindu Vedic Astrology. The Moon travels through each Nakshatras starting from Aswini and ending in Revathi. But the movement is a continious basis.
