Planetary Position that indicates trouble in the Heart:

1. The 4th house Lord and/or Debilitated Guru or Retrograde Guru placed in malefic houses like 3rd, 6th, 8th and 12th houses; and also placed in Pathaga Sthana or Maraka Sthana.

2. If the Debilitated Guru or Retrograde Guru or the Guru getting combusted by the Sun is placed in the 4th house.

3. If 3rd, 6th, 8th or 12th house lords is placed in the 4th house. Similarly the presence of Pathaga Graha or Maraka Graha in the 4th house would also indicate problems in the heart.

4. The 4th house lord traversing in the Nakshatra of 3rd, 6th, 8th or 12th house lords; also traversing in the Nakshatra of Pathaga Graha or Maraka Graha.

5. The Low strength of 4th house Lord in the Ashtavargha and also in the Navamsa and Dasamsa chart indicates the "Weak Heart".

6. If the Guru is associated with the 4th house it increases the risk.

7. If the Guru is a malefic Graha (as per the Lagna) then the risks are huge.

8. If the Guru is in the debilitated form or in the retrograde manner or gets combusted by the Sun, then the risks raises to a dangerous level.

9. If the 4th house lord is placed in any malefic houses then the danger level peaks.

10. If the House Lord of those malefic house (where the weak 4th house lord is placed) is also placed in another malefic house or getting debilitated or getting combusted by the Sun, then the danger level increases further.

11. If the Guru or 4th house lord traverses in the 22nd Nakshatra or 88th Star Path, then problems gets multiplied.

12. Those who were born during the Dvitiya, Saptami, Ekadasi and Chaturdasi Thithis must be more careful.

13. The view of Shani on the weak or malefic Guru which is placed in the 4th house and also on the 4th house lord increases the risks further.

14. If these combination have any association of Rahu and Mars, then the risk would be extremely higher. The person could undergo major surgery too.

Author's View: Those who find their horoscope showing this type of planetary position, they should not lose their hope. They must find out the exact Graha responsible for their health issues and must start to do Pariharam for the particular planet to minimize the negative impacts. Also they must find out the possible time limit that they could be affected. Above all, if they could take some medical precautions, then with the grace of the God, they can live a wonderful life.
