HOW DO YOU SLEEP?

PLANETARY POSITIONS THAT INDICATES YOUR SLEEPING METHOD:

Sleep or Rest occupies nearly 6 hours to 12 hours a day in our life. If anybody sleeps more, then it will produce various problems. If anybody sleeps less, then this would also bring different set of problems. Let us analyse "Your Sleep" using the Vedic Astrology.

1. If the 12th house lord is placed in 3rd, 6th and 8th house, it indicates the disturbed sleep.

2. If the 12th house lord is placed in unfriendly house or gets debilitated, then the person will have problems with their Sleep.

3. If the 12th house is occupied by 3rd, 6th and 8th house lords, it will also damage the Sleep. The presence of debilitated or retrograde planets in the 12th house also interrupts the Sleep.

4. If the 12th house is occupied by the Lagna lord, 3rd house lord or Moon, then the sleep would be blended with the dreams.

5. If the 12th house is occupied with natural malefic planets like Shani, Mars, Sun, Rahu or Kethu, then the person will not enjoy a comfortable sleep.

6. If the 12th house lord is hemmed between 6th and the 8th house lord, then the person will have no sleep or will have horrific dreams in the sleep.

7. If the 3rd or 4th house lord is placed in the 12th house or if the 12th house lord is placed in the 3rd or 4th house, then the person will have sexual dreams in the sleep.

8. If the 12th house lord gets exalted or remain in its own 12th house, the person will sleep too much.

9. If the 12th house lord is placed in the Lagna or having Parivartana Yoga (interchange of houses) with the Lagna lord, then the person will sleep too much and becomes lazy.

10. If the 12th house lord is placed in the 4th house or having Parivartana Yoga (interchange of houses) with the 4th house lord, then the person will sleep too much and becomes lazy.

11. The presence of Venus in the 12th house or the association of 12th house lord with the Venus makes the person to sleep more. If the Venus becomes the Lagna or 4th house lord, then the sleep extends to a longer period.

12. If the 12th house lord is combusted by the Sun, then the person will be affected by the sleeplessness.

13. If the 12th house lord is associated with the Rahu, then the person will tend to sleep more but the sleep would be interrupted often. If the Rahu is placed within 06.40.00 degrees (+/-) from the 12th house lord, then the interupptions on the sleep would occur rapidly. If the 12th house lord remains weaker, then the person will face difficult sleep in their life.

14. If the stronger 12th house lord is associated with the Kethu, then the person will sleep too much. If the weak 12th house lord is as then the associated with the Kethu then the duration of the sleep would be less.  If the Kethu is placed within 06.40.00 degrees (+/-) from the 12th house lord, then the person would remain dull and sleepy.

15. The presence of stronger 12th house lord in a Maraka Sthana or Pathaga Sthana would create longer period of sleep, thus damaging the growth prospects.

16. The presence of weaker 12th house lord in a Maraka Sthana or Pathaga Sthana would curtail the sleeping period.

17. The presence of Maraka Graha or Pathaga Graha in the 12th house also damages the peacefulness in the sleep.

18. The traversing of 12th house lord in the 22nd Nakshatra from the Jenma Nakshatra would bring disastrous results in the life either through the excessive sleep or through the deficient sleep.

19. The presence of 12th house lord in the 3rd, 6th, 8th or anyother malefic houses from the Navamsa Lagna would damage the sleep. If the 12th house lord gets weak strength or remains debilitated in the Navamsa chart, then also the sleep remains disturbed.

20. If the 12th house lord attains poor strength in the Ashtavargha, then the person will greatly affected by the sleeplessness.

WHAT IS NAKSHATRA SANDHI?

As we know the word Sandhi means the Junction or meeting place. Hence the Nakshatra Sandhi means the meeting point of two Nakshatras. There are 27 Nakshatras that are taken into consideration in the Hindu Vedic Astrology. The Moon travels through each Nakshatras starting from Aswini and ending in Revathi. But the movement is a continious basis. Thus after completing the journey through all the 27 stars, the Moon exits the Revathi Nakshatra and again starts its next round of journey from Aswini, without any break.
