NEECHA GURU FOR MAKARA LAGNA (DEBILITATED GURU):

THE EFFECTS OF NEECHA GURU (DEBILITATED JUPITER) ON THE MAKARA LAGNA (SAGITTARIUS SIGN):

The Debilitation of the Guru happens in the Makara lagna (Capricorn sign) itself. Thus the Neecha Guru (Debilitated Guru) stays in the lagna itself for the Makara lagna (Capricorn sign). The Guru maintain a neutral ties with the Shani, who owns the Makara lagna (Capricorn sign).
