WHAT IS PITRA DOSHA?

What are the reasons that are likely to bring Pitra Dosha (Pithru Dosham) ?

1. Pithru Dosha is likely to affect anyone who tortures, maim or kill any living creature for pleasure, food, vengeance, arrogance or without any reasons. Pitra Dosha would also affect anyone who aid directly or indirectly or being instrumental to these acts.

2. Anyone who stand as a false testimony and wrongly accuse anyone for personal gain/ pleasure/ vengeance.

3. Anyone who knowingly or wilfully destroying the modesty of married / unmarried Girl/Women and ruining their life by deceiving them. Anyone who maintains illegitimate or illegal relationship with a married woman/ man. Pitra Dosha also affects anyone who marries a man or women, before getting out of their wedlock. The Pitra Dosha also affects the Women who directly or indirectly involved in damaging the modesty of another Women.

4. Anyone instigating troubles between the couple or between family members/ brothers/ sisters/ partners. Anyone who are instrumental in separating the Children from their Father and/or Mother are likely to hit hard by this Pitra Dosha. Pitra Dosha would be applicable on anyone who are instrumental in the separation of business partners or friends with an ulterior motives.

5. Anyone who willfully and forcefully occupy, coercing to part with others wealth, luring with false promise and later deceiving to gain their wealth by adopting any illegal & immoral methods adopted to gain the wealth.

These above acts by any individual would bring in bad karmas that can not be nullified or erased by offering pooja, homam, fasting, visiting important temples, donation and materialistic offerings. The above dosham gets deleted only if the person undergoes similar pain or agony during the present life or that comes after this.

The re-birth is decided on the basis of the quantum of bad karma that the soul carries on its head. If a soul has more good karmic assets to its credit, it will born in a family and to parents, where there are less amount of pain and more of happiness. On the other hand, a soul with lot of bad karmic qualities to its credit would born in a family where there exists sadness, sorrows and/or poverty, illiteracy that guarantees pain and agony to the soul.

The God does not give pain/agony, but it is being selected/earned/nurtured by our own actions. Unless a man/woman recognizes this truth and thereafter pledge to live in accordance of the will of the God, his life would be in a state of limbo.

WHAT IS NAKSHATRA SANDHI?

As we know the word Sandhi means the Junction or meeting place. Hence the Nakshatra Sandhi means the meeting point of two Nakshatras. There are 27 Nakshatras that are taken into consideration in the Hindu Vedic Astrology. The Moon travels through each Nakshatras starting from Aswini and ending in Revathi. But the movement is a continious basis. Thus after completing the journey through all the 27 stars, the Moon exits the Revathi Nakshatra and again starts its next round of journey from Aswini, without any break.
