Budhan (Mercury) represents the skin and the nervous systems in our body; and the 4th House in the natal horoscope indicates our body as per the Vedic Astrology. Hence, any malefic impacts on the Budhan (or) the 4th House Lord (or) both would lead to health issues on skin. The below mentioned planetary position could lead to skin diseases (or) skin related disorders (or) damages to the skin through multiple reasons.
 1. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the 6th house Lord, then the native would develop wounds in the body.
2. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the 8th house Lord, then the native would face damages to the skin.
3. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the 12th house Lord, then the native would face deteriorating skin conditions.
4. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Pathaga Sthana Athipathi (Lord of Collateral Damages), then the native would suffer various form of skin diseases (or) skin damages.
5. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Maraka Sthana Athipathi (Lord of Death), then the native would face worsening conditions on their skin.
6. If the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are combusted (or) aspected by Sun, then the native could face dry skin & related skin diseases (or) could face skin diseases through burns. *The problem becomes very severe, if the Sun is malefic Lord and placed in any malefic house.
7. The 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Moon (if the Moon becomes malefic), then the native would face fluid secretion on their body through their skin related disorders/damages.
8. The 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Mars (if the Mars becomes malefic), then the native would face blisters/rashes on their body through their skin related disorders/damages (or) skin damages occurs through blood related diseases/accidents.
9. The 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Guru (if the Guru becomes malefic), then the native would face inflammation on their body through their skin related disorders/damages.
10. The 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Venus (if the Venus becomes malefic), then the native would face various form of skin diseases/disorders mainly through hormonal malfunctions.
11. The 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) both are in conjunction (or) aspection by the Shani (if the Moon becomes malefic), then the native would face swellings (or) skin damages in their body mainly through problems/damages to their bones.
12. If the Lagna Lord is involved in the conjunction (or) aspection with the 4th House Lord (or) Budhan (or) if these combinations are placed in the Lagna, then the health problems are likely to spread all over the body and it could seriously impact their entire life.
13. If the afflicted combinations occur in the Lagna (or) if the combination afflict the Lagna Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the head & likely to spread over the entire body.
14. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 2nd house (or) if the combination afflict the 2nd house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the face.
15. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 3rd house (or) if the combination afflict the 3rd house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the neck & shoulders.
16. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 4th house (or) if the combination afflict the 4th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the chest/breast/hands.
17. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 5th house (or) if the combination afflict the 5th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the back/spinal areas.
18. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 6th house (or) if the combination afflict the 6th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the stomach areas.
19. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 7th house (or) if the combination afflict the 7th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the lower part of the stomach & hip areas.
20. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 8th house (or) if the combination afflict the 8th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the urinals/bowels/vaginal areas.
21. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 9th house (or) if the combination afflict the 9th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the areas below the hip & above their knees.
22. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 10th house (or) if the combination afflict the 10th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the knee areas.
23. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 11th house (or) if the combination afflict the 11th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the ankles.
24. If the afflicted combinations occur in the 12th house (or) if the combination afflict the 12th house Lord, then the health problems are likely to affect the areas around their feet.
25. If Rahu is associated with the afflicted planetary combinations, the diseases are likely spread very quickly.
26. If Ketu is associated with the afflicted planetary combinations, then it is likely to produce lumps/scales/flakes.
27. If Rahu/Ketu is associated with the afflicted planetary combinations, then it is likely to produce lot of itching on the lumps/scales/flakes. 

Results: 
1. The problems become severe, if the conjunction happen within same Star Lord.
2. The problems become severe, if the conjunction happen within same Path of the Star Lord.
3. The problems become severe, if the conjunction happen within same +/- 03.20.00 degrees.
4. The problems become severe, if the conjunctions are placed in many malefic houses.
5. If the Budhan is itself the 4th House (Read as Mithuna Lagna/Gemini Ascendant), then it could create more troubles.
6. If the afflicted planets are in conjunction/aspection by Patha Sthana Athipathi (Lord of Collateral Damages), then it would create serious setback in the native’s life by creating more troubles on their career, finances and the native’s personal life.
7. If the afflicted planets are in conjunction/aspection by the Maraka Sthana Athipathi (Lord of Death), then it would create life threatening situation.
8. If the afflicted planets are in conjunction/aspection by the 6th House Lord, then it would develop as a chronic health issue.
9. If the afflicted planets are in conjunction/aspection by the 8th House Lord, then it would develop as acute health troubles.
10. If the afflicted planets are in conjunction/aspection by the 3rd house lord (and/or) 12th House Lord, then it would develop crisis like situation (or) could prove to be fatal too.
11. The problems become severe, if the afflicted planets Star Lords are placed in malefic houses (or) own any malefic houses.
12. The problems become severe, if the afflicted planets are affected by one (or) more (or) cluster of planetary positions that are indicated above.
13. The problems become severe, if the afflicted planets traverse in the 22nd Star/88th Star Path from the Moon Sign. 

 Conclusions: 
1. The above-mentioned Planetary positions are given in a more generalized manner.
2. Each and every horoscope would provide millions of variable results through their planetary combinations.
3. Skin related diseases is a generalized term. Problems on skin can happen by default (birth defect); (or) through improper living conditions: (or) sudden accidents like accidents/burns/acid attacks.
