Mathematical Skills through Vedic Astrology
Education Astrology |
Planetary position that could create good Mathematical Skills:
1. The Budhan is considered as the Lord of Mathematics and the 5th House is considered as the House of Mathematics. Let us see the probable astrological parameters that helps in building good mathematical skills.
2. The Budhan & the 5th House lord should be placed in the
benefice house from the Lagna.
3. The Budhan & the 5th House lord should not be
debilitated/retrograde/combust. *The native may experience certain deficiency
with their mathematical skills.
4. The Budhan & the 5th House lord should not be in conjunction
with any malefic planets. *The efficiency of the native’s skill may vary
depending upon the Planets that are in conjunction.
5. The Budhan & the 5th House lord should not be aspected by
any malefic Planets (or) should not aspect any malefic Planet. *The efficiency
of the native’s skill may vary depending upon the Planets that come under
aspection.
6. It would be better, if the Budhan doesn’t own any malefic house
from the Lagna.
7. It would be better, if the Budhan and the 5th house lord doesn’t
traverse in the Star that are owned by malefic Planet.
8. It would be better, if the Budhan and the 5th house lord gets
stronger strength in the Ashtakavargha.
9. It would be better, if the 5th house lord from the Moon Sign and
the Sun Sign is stronger.
10. It would be better, if the Budhan is better placed in the
Divisional charts, especially in Chaurvimshamsha Chart.
Conclusions: The native may
not perform well in the Mathematics, despite having better parameters for the
Budhan & the 5th House lord. For better calculating ability, any native
should have peaceful & powerful mind (Moon); and good judgmental capabilities (3rd house); and good understanding skills (2nd house); and good
memory & decision making skills (Lagna); and basic educational capabilities
(Guru & the 4th House).
1. The Moon should not be placed in any malefic houses; and should
not be associated (aspection/conjunction) with any malefic Planets. *This will
create lot of distractions in the mind.
2. The Lagna & Lagna Lord (Ascendant & Ascendant Lord)
should not have any association with any malefic Planets; and should not be
affected in any way. *This will ensure good memory and best decision making
capabilities.
The 2nd house & 2nd house Lord should not have any
association with any malefic Planets; and should not be affected in any way.
*This will ensure good concentration levels; and better understanding
capabilities.
3. The 3rd house & 3rd house Lord should not have any
association with any malefic Planets; and should not be affected in any way.
*This would ensure good judgmental capabilities; which would ensure better
understanding of the mathematical questions.
4. The Guru, the 4th house & 4th house Lord should not have any
association with any malefic Planets; and should not be affected in any way. *This
would ensure good quality education levels.
5. The Mahadasa Lord, Antardasa Lord and the Pratyanatrdasa Lord
must be in a good position to deliver good results on education during the
respective dasa periods.
6. The transit of Lagna, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th House lords from the
Moon Sign & the Sun Sign are equally important in deciding the quality of
education.
Author’s Opinion:
1. There is no guarantee that the native would do well in Mathematics, just because the Budhan is better placed (Lagna/5th house/9th house) in the natal chart.
2. There is no guarantee that the native belonging to Mithuna
Lagna/Rasi (or) Kanya Lagna/Rasi would do well in Mathematics, just because the
Budhan happens to be their Lagna/Rasi Lords.
3. Moon is related to the stability of the mind; and doesn’t
indicate anything about intelligence.
4. If the Lagna/Lagna Lord is impacted, then the performances of
the native would be affected due to the functional capabilities of their
memory.
5. If the 2nd/2nd house Lord is impacted, then the native would have
less concentration & take more time to understand the questions.
6. If the 3rd/3rd house Lord is impacted, then the native would
misjudge the question & wrongly interpret the meaning of the questions.
7. If the 4th/4th house Lord & Guru is impacted, then the
quality of basic education would be less.
8. If the 10th/10th house Lord is impacted, the native may not
finish the answer in time.
9. If the 11th/11th house Lord is impacted, then the native may not
get good marks despite their best efforts.
10. If the native writes any exams/assignments during the
unfavourable Mahadasa/Antardasa/Pratyantardasa periods, then it would bound
affect the native’s performances, despite having better position of Budhan/5th
house lord in their natal chart.
11. If the native writes any exams/assignments during the
unfavourable transit periods of 5th house from the Moon Sign & the Sun
Sign, then it would bound affect the native’s performances, despite having
better position of Budhan/5th house lord in their natal chart.
12. 9th House & 9th House lord becomes important for in-depth
studies on Mathematics (or) research level studies on Mathematics.
Author’s Opinion: A natal
horoscope must be analysed in totality, then it would provide the information
about the native’s mathematical skills. One can’t jump into any conclusion just
be seeing few planets that are placed in few houses in the natal horoscopes.
