The travel is indicated by the 4th house; and 9th house indicates the issues related to foreign. The following parameters need to be analysed to find out the foreign travel.      n The native would enjoy the foreign travel, if there is any association of 4th & 9th house lords. The natives belong to Leo will have Mars as their 4th & 9th house lords; and those belong to Aquarius will also have Venus as their 4th & 9th house lords. Thus, the natives who belong to Leo and Aquarius will have more chances under this category.
1. The native would return to their birth place, if the 4th house lord is stronger than the 9th house lord.
2. The native would stay either permanently (or) stay for longer periods, if the 9th house lord is stronger than the 4th house.
3. The native would face indefinite delays on the travel plan, if the 4th house lord is associated with Ketu (or) Sun.
4. The native would make multiple journey’s if the 4th house lord is associated with Rahu (or) the 11th house lord.
5. If the 9th house lord is associated with Sun (or) Ketu, then there would face delay in visa/immigration procedures. The natives are likely to face delays in exiting the foreign countries too.
6. If the 9th house lord is associated with Rahu (or) 11th house lord, then the native would travel/live in multiple countries. Also, the native may face changes happening in their life.
7. If the 4th & 9th house lords are equal in strength, then the native would enjoy both his/her home country and the settled country as their home.
8. The 4th house lord from Moon Sign and the Sun Sign would decide when the native would make the journey.
10. The 9th house lord from Moon Sign and Sun Sign would decide, when the native would be to fly abroad and when the native would be forced out of the settled country.
11. The Placement & strength of 9th house lord would decide the quality of life in a foreign country.
12. The Star Lord of 9th house lord would decide the reason for the foreign travel; and how this objective materializes.
13. If the 9th house lord from the Ascendant Sign is weak, then the native would be able to fly abroad during the favourable transit periods of 9th house lord from the Moon Sign & the Sun Sign.
14. If the 9th house lord from the Ascendant Sign is strong, and the 9th house lords from the Moon Sign & the Sun Sign is weak, then the native will experience uncertainty on his living/working in a foreign country.
15. If the 9th house lord from the Ascendant Sign is weak, and the 9th house lords from the Moon Sign & the Sun Sign is also weak, then the native will go for a short trip (or) will stay in any foreign countries only a temporary period of time.
16. If the 9th house lord from the Ascendant Sign is strong, and the 9th house lords from the Moon Sign & the Sun Sign is also strong, then the native will enjoy faster and successful foreign visits.

Note:
1. The 9th house lord Should not be combusted by the Sun. Either it creates lot of delays (or) creates multiple problems, while travelling (or) living abroad.
2. The conjunction (or) aspection (or) both of 9th house lord with Maraka Sthana Athipathi (or) Pathaga Sthana Athipathi creates difficulties, while travelling (or) living abroad.
3. If the 9th house lord is in conjunction (or) aspection with the 3rd/6th/8th/12th house lord (or) placed in the 3rd/6th/8th/12th house, then it creates difficult lifestyle, while living abroad.
4. The aspection (or) conjunction of Rahu on the 9th house lord, helps to visit many countries in the world (or) visit multiple times.
5. The aspection (or) conjunction of Ketu on the 9th house lord, creates delays both during the immigration & the emigration process.
6. The Placement of Shani in the benefice house will be an added benefit for those, who chose to visit (or) immigrate to any foreign country.

Conclusions: These results are likely to alter significantly depending upon the Star Lord of the 9th house Lord; and its position. The level of aspection & conjunction; and the Ashtakavargha strength; and the likely results occurring through Mahadasa & Antardasa Lord’s and their strength & position in the Divisional charts..
