4. The 3rd house lord and Guru getting combusted by the Sun @ getting placed within +/- 06.40.00 degrees.
5. The 3rd house lord and Guru getting poor strength in the Ashtavargha table. The problems would increase manifold, if the 3rd house lord both from the Moon sign and the Sun sign also remains weak in the Ashtavargha.
6. The 3rd house lord getting placed in the malefic houses and remaining weaker in the Ashtavargha in the Saptavimshasham or Trishamsha or both the charts.
